Refer a friend and start earning rewards!

Know someone who needs a website, graphic design, or a promotional video? Send them our way and you’ll both benefit.

Our Referral Program is open to anyone — client or not — and offers flexible rewards you can actually use.

The Rewards

When you refer a friend and they book a project, here’s what happens:

YOUR FRIEND

They get:
10% off
their first project

YOU

Choose between:
10% off
your own next project — whether it’s a website refresh, a new brand identity, or a short promo video

OR
$150 credit
toward any of your future or recurring invoices (hosting, domain renewals, maintenance, etc.)

How It Works

1. Fill out the referral form (your name, their name, and a few details).
2. Your friend contacts us via email or phone, and requests a quote.
3. Once they accept their quote, pay the deposit, your reward is locked in.
4. We’ll be in touch with you directly to arrange your discount or credit.

Terms & Conditions

1. Who Can Refer

  • Anyone can refer — you don’t have to be an existing client.

2. What Projects Qualify

  • The person you refer must be a new client (not someone already in discussion with me).
  • Their project must be valued at $500 or more, and can include:
    • Website design or development
    • Graphic or brand design
    • Promotional videos or content creation

3. Reward Options for the Referrer

  • You choose:
    • 10% off your own new project (quote-based), or
    • $150 credit toward any upcoming invoice, or
    • Satisfaction knowing you’ve helped your friend and us out!
  • Credits can be used on:
    • Hosting renewals
    • Domain renewals
    • Maintenance plans
    • Additional service bookings

4. Discount for the Friend

  • Your friend gets 10% off their first booked project (applied to the quote total, excluding third-party costs)

5. How and When Rewards Are Applied

  • Rewards are only activated once the referred client completes the following:
    • Submits an inquiry
    • Is quoted
    • And pays a deposit
  • We will notify you once this happens and confirm your reward.

6. Other Details

  • Referral credits or discounts must be used within 12 months of issue.
  • You can refer as many people as you like — you’ll earn rewards for each successful referral.
  • Rewards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  • I reserve the right to end or amend the referral program at any time.

7. Privacy

  • Be assured, we won’t spam you or your friend, or pass your details on to any other place. We may try once to reach out to your friend if we don’t hear from them, but like you, we love our privacy and will treat the details you’ve entered with respect.
